Scalify

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Who we are

Scalify ([CONFIRM: legal business name]) runs scalify.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you fill in the form to book a call: your name, email address, business name, website, what you need help with, your monthly marketing budget range and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you book a time: the details you give our scheduling tool.

When you visit any page: basic technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, used to deliver the page and stop spam.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare for and hold your consultation, and decide whether we are a good fit. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who receives it

  • Resend (sends the form to our inbox)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (checks that form submissions come from a person; receives your IP address and basic browser details when you open the Book a call page; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum)
  • Cal.com (shows our calendar after you send the form, receives your name and email to fill in the booking form, and records your booking)
  • Vercel (hosts the website)

These companies are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and may be accessible to authorities under US law. We use them only to run this website and our consultations, and they may use your information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our own pages set none. Two services store small pieces of data in your browser, only on the Book a call page: Cloudflare Turnstile saves one item in your browser’s storage when the page opens, and Cal.com sets one security cookie and saves one item in your browser’s storage when the calendar appears after you send the form.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards. If you do not, we delete your form details 24 months after we last spoke with you.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people at Scalify who need it to reply to you. Our service providers protect information in transit with encryption.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Email contact@scalify.ca. We will reply within 30 days.

Questions and complaints

Our founder is responsible for privacy at Scalify: contact@scalify.ca, [CONFIRM: mailing address]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or, if you live in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
